I own a fully equipped Pilates studio in Bromley. My background is as a contemporary dancer, graduating from Laban in 2000. I have a comprehensive certificate in Pilates 2000-01, which means that I learned the whole system of Pilates at once (all the specialist Pilates equipment, and matwork).

I also have a specialist certificate with The Center for Women's Fitness and am a Teacher Trainer. At my studio, we specialise in personalised Pilates using all of the equipment (reformers, cadillac, wunda chair, arc barrels, and more).

Personalised Pilates allows me to tailor to your needs, even in a 1:4 class. We are open on weekdays and evenings. During school holidays and weekends, we run specific Reformer for Dancers classes.

I taught at Laban from 2001 to 2011 in the Pilates studio, on the BA and One Year programmes, and I ran the Dance Injury Clinic. I was Head of Pilates 2007 - 2011. I taught on the Laban Summer School for several years and have taught many professional dancers and dance companies, such as Wayne McGregor, CandoCo, Flamenco Express, Loop Dance Company, and Transitions.

I have been a member of the Pilates Foundation since 2000 and have training in Somatics and Yoga. Incorporated in my Pilates teaching is breathwork and developmental movement patterning.
